Call our Total Vacation Services department to check the status of your reservation request after a Reservation Request has already been submitted, to check availability for vacations with less than 60 days notice, or to book an Excess Inventory vacation.

Feel free to contact a Vacation Services Coordinator if you would like desTANations suggestions. Our staff is knowledgeable about our home inventory and other vacationers’ experiences at these resorts. They are eager to help pinpoint your ideal vacation desTANation.

You may also contact our Total Vacation Services department to discover more about TAN’s vacation programs, or for any other general questions or concerns about your account.  This department is motivated to ensure your satisfaction with TAN.

Contact Total Vacation Services for questions regarding your confirmation or about travel arrangements after you have received your confirmation. Remember, always call to reconfirm your arrangements 48 hours prior to your check-in date.

Contact our Account Management department regarding Service Charge (SC) payments to TAN, accounts in collections or to make an account payment. Call to set up auto-pay, which makes it easy to pay your SC by having it charged to your credit card or checking account!
