How to Enter the Photo Contest
- Select up to 15 photos a month of you, your family, and you or friends enjoying a Travel Advantage Network vacation for the current year (2024).
- Log into your account online.
- Go to the ‘Photo Contest’ under ‘TAN Exclusives’ and select ‘Upload Media’ to upload the photo(s) you wish to enter your photo(s) and provide a brief description for each photo. We accept JPG or PNG files with a maximum size of 20MB. Then tell us about your photo in the box provided. Click on the vacation the photos are associated with and agree to terms and rules of the photo contest and submit your entry.
- All media must be submitted by midnight EST on the last day of each month.
- A winner will be chosen each month and a grand prize will be announced on January 31st of the following year.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter the contest. By submitting an entry, you represent that all persons represented in the photo have given permission for you to use their photo in this contest. Entries must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, be defamatory, invasive of another person’s right to privacy or publicity, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. TAN reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in TAN’s sole discretion, violates these rules or is otherwise objectionable.
By submitting an entry, you represent that you own all rights to the photo submitted and that all recognizable persons who appear in the photo have consented to the submission of the photo. Consent for any minor must be given by a parent or guardian. Entries may not be submitted by employees of TAN or TAN affiliates or by employees of any entity that sells TAN’s services, or members of the immediate families of any such employee.
Submission of any entry constitutes the grant of a license to TAN. The license is royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and assignable. The license grants TAN and all sub-licensees and assignees the right to public, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise use the photo in any manner, including using g the photo in or on any product, publication, advertising material, or marketing material, and in any media (including the internet). The license also grants TAN and all sub-licensees and assignees the right to publicize the name and biographical information of the person submitting the entry, the name and biographical information of all recognizable persons depicted in the entry, and the location depicted in the entry.
Submission of any entry constitutes a release of all liability in connection with any permitted use of the entry or the use of any permitted use of the entry or the use of any prize awarded in the contest. Use of publication of an entry does not mean that the entry has won a prize. Entries will not be returned. Participation is void where prohibited.

First Place

2024 Monthly Prize
The monthly contest winner may choose one of the following prizes:
1) Free Excess Inventory with a 6 month booking expiration.
2) Free additional bedroom upgrade (1 level)
or
3) $100 travel credit with a 90-day redemption for a future booking.
